Feature Request: Fixed First Layer Height

Hello,

Can you please add an option to set the first layer height to a fixed value (like in Cura or RepetierHost) as alternative to the relative height (xxx %)?

I already had to re-start several prints, because I changed the quality setting and forgot to adjust the first layer height. Alternatively it would be ok to link the settings of the first layer to the quality settings completely.

Also can you please add a general layer height check to prevent layer thicknesses greater than the nozzle diameter or at least put in a warning?

Thanks!

Use a separate process for the first layer with fixed values.
Works fine for me...

Be sure to use 2 bottom layers !

@JFDE:

the first layer height is already bound to the quality setting. At least it is for my printer.
If you want to verify / fix it, you can export the fff-file (an xml-file) and have a look at the autoConfigureQuality sections.
If the firstLayerHeight value is not there, then search it in the file and copy it in each autoConfigureQuality section.
