Flashforge Creator Left extruder prints off center

My Left extruder is printing off center. Right extruder prints fine.
I know i can manually offset in gcode offset but is there a way that this is done automatically?

In makerware and other slicers I don't have this problem

Truly this sounds like your toolhead offsets in the EEPROM (onboard parameters) for your bot are off. The gcode for
dualstrusion assumes there is NO offset between the extruders. The full offset is handled by the firmware and the
amount of that offset is set in the bot's EEPROM, at least for Makerbots and clones such as the FF Creator.

This sounds just like this issue I reported a while back with the Rep 1 Dual. I've not had time to try 2.1.0 to see if it is present there.
