now, my heated bed settings don't seem to be doing anything.
I have set the bed to 110C within the Temperatures Tab for the Heated Build Platform
Heated Build Platform is selected and I added one setpoint for Layer 1 which I understand should keep the 110C temp during the entire print.
I also have the Nozzle Temp set to 235C for the Right Extruder also with one setpoint for Layer 1 and it does appear to be working correctly.
Am I missing something to get the heated bed to stay heated? I preheated the bed withing the Klic-N-Print onboard controls to 110C but as soon as I started the print it cooled down and is now at around 30C
if this will help, I think this is my profile.
Not really sure how to know if it has my settings or not, but I made the settings changes and then exported this profile.
Blain, The profile is missing a few segments. I also saw that they have split the profile into 3 for each extruder config, which is an unnecessary complication. You can use the Replicator 1 Dual as a base profile and update the Build volume, origin offsets etc and try to create a new profile. I am held up with work right now. I will create a profile for you if I find time this week
Sorry for the images not coming through and for the extra long code.
I appreciate everyone's help, but unfortunately I had to return the software since I couldn't get it to heat the bed for me and neither KNP3D or Simplify3D had a solution for me at this time. The short 2 week trial period just wasn't long enough for me to get everything up and running.
The software really did look promising, and hopefully as more KNP3D units are sold, someone more knowledgeable in G-Code than myself (absolutely no experience) will be able to get it working properly.
I know this is old but I had a similar problem and thought I'd put this out there. In your profile settings I see this:
<GPXconfigOverride>r2</GPXconfigOverride>
I think that is incorrect and should be:
<GPXconfigOverride>r1d</GPXconfigOverride>
This would cause gpx to output the incorrect x3g code. I think this can be fixed in the application by making sure Replicator 1 - dual extruder is selected in the gpx configuration found in Tools -> Firmware Configuration -> X3G. Also, make sure the selected profile is MakerBot/Sailfish firmware.

Resurrecting this old thread and trying to put my KnP dual extruder to work. It seems there is no direct S3D profile for this printer and I have always had issues with it. I use a the generic S3D Makerbot Replicator 1 Dual profile and it works, but the scale of the models is off. By just a little, but enough to make the parts unusable. Does anyone have a reliable profile... or at least a reliable selection within the profiles that S3D officially supports?

Have you checked the steps per mm?
Tools -> Firmware Configuration -> X3G
Long time since using replicators, but the genuine ones were a bit different by using
a 17 teeth pulley on the stepper, so the steps for the replicator 1 were quite strange
compared to many clones using 16t/20t pulleys...
The replicator 2 did have different steps/mm settings, too.
Depending on what your printer requires you might be off by ~6-8 steps per mm on
the x/y axis, roughly 6-8%....
Are you using the profile "as it is" or are you using an external gpx.exe to create the
x3g files (Scripts -> Terminal Commands)?
