got new printer g2s pro and need help

after i burn ctc 3d printer (shorted heater wires ,,idiot)
i get g2s pro printer
this time delta ,and like old one i pull from s3d printer setup ,and i run some test prints ,bum
s3d don't read marlin fw setup ,so it run in bed due bad z
and that wasn't only error ,even that setup is for g2s dual it print each like they are in center and they are offset -13 + 13
again bad setup from s3d
to help a bit i get e3d v6 and i mount it in center and again bad z ,even i set all in marlin
s3d don't even read fw setup ??
help don't know what to do next .
bad z cause nose to hit bed
and i don't even know will e3d work cause it's g2s dual ,and that mount i got is wierd one
anyone know where i can find metal one(mount for e3d/j head) for metal spider version g2s pro ?
and anyone have clue how to setup s3d for it ?

Can you post your factory file ? 13mm offset seems odd.. Are the toolheads interchanged ? Is Left extruder the Primary tool (T0) ?

If you change your hotend, then it is likely to cause issues with the preset Z height in the firmware and build height in the software, you have to update that
