Simplify3D User Forum

Hello,

I have a Monoprice mini select 3d. I was printing successfully with the printer using files from my profile through Simplify 3D. All of a sudden this no longer works. The printer does not start up a standard initialization from files setup in Simplify 3d. If I use the test file on the SD card it however does.

Initialization explained: Printer has the head and build plate orient to a start position and the preheat steps begin.

I have tried to use the configuration wizard to restore anything I may have broke but to no avail. Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.

I would try to find a gcode file from simplify3d that you know you already printed successfully before. Then try printing this same file a second time. If it doesn't work this time, then something must have changed on the printer or the firmware (since you know the file didn't change!)
