Simple temp tab clarification question...

I want to set up my print to turn the cooling fan on AFTER the first layer is printed. I know I can set that up within the "temp" tab, but what I am confused about is the "Per Layer Fan Controls". I set first layer speed to 0, I set second layer speed to 100. Because it is "per layer". please don't tell me I have to set the speed for EACH layer!!!! There has to be a better way?!?!

How do I set this up to start the print cooling fan on the second layer and leave it on until the print is done?

Fan speed is constant for all subsequent layer: if you set fan speed to 100% starting at layer 5, it will be at 100% on layers 5-NNN.
