What do I need to do to use my licensed copy of Simplify 3D with a MakerGear Prusa?
I have upgraded my MG Prusa to use the Marlin Firmware.

If it's running Marlin firmware, there won't be many changes at all. You may need to go to Tools > Options and update your build dimensions (stroke) to match the Prusa. I think it's an 8"x8" on the X/Y but not sure on the Z-stroke. You might also need to change the "Flip build table axis" settings so that the X/Y/Z axes match the home position on the Prusa.
Other than that, it should work fine out of the box. Let me know if you have any other issues getting up and running.
