Hello,
I haven't used the software yet my printer kit is still four weeks out. So this may already be part of the package but could you include a cost or filament usage estimator. This would give the user an idea how the different settings effect the cost/usage. Different spools could be linked to different configuration files, pop up box asking if the spool being used is for that config, optimum performance accounting for inconsistencies in material and usage so you wont run short on large projects/ plan ahead, etc......
This may be fluff but it would be nice to see what you are putting into each print.

The information you are after is in the last few lines of each program.
It tells you how many cubic cm, cubic mm and length of filament well as a time projection.

Interface to manage individual rolls.
Material consistency seems to be an issue from what information is available. Many people prefer certain manufactures because of this.
Import settings from saved configs if behavior matches previously used material.
How much has been used or a countdown to end of roll.
Cost estimator on each print based off of how much you paid for the roll.

Don't want to take development time from functionality and its not like I cant write it or print the configurations. Hmmm, as for printing could the printed configuration be grouped to match the settings in each panel. For all I know it may already be part of the software. Being a noob at this there are so many aspects to this and each one is highly detailed but loving every minute of it.

Looking through a glass window and haven't even printed an object yet so this may be irreverent.
