Y-Axis Absolute position always -1000

Version: 2.0.1
OS: OSX Mavericks 10.9.1

When manually locating the object in the build area, the Y-Axis value alway resets to -1000, if manually changed so asto re-located the object and applied object is placed hard up against the y-Axis 0

Re: Y-Axis Absolute position always -1000

thats a strange problem i dont see here on my end either. i am using the same os on an imac. i just dropped a few parts on the bed just to double check and the positioning shows true to where the part is. maybe im not doing exactly what you are. maybe you can list a step by step sequence from the time you start creator to the time you get the error and i will try it here and see if it can be reproduced.

I was playing around with it all last night and found that it was only related to the STL file, when I tried some other parts, no problem, so disregard, appears to be part related.
