Missing Triangle

Hi i tryed to Slice this Thing and this is what i get

I already tryed different Layerheights but it dosen't work.

Did you try running the repair checks in S3D to see if there are issues with the mesh?

The issue is simple, really.........wall thickness!

If you modify the wall of the duct so the wall is thicker, it will slice correctly.

S3D is designed to not print walls that are thin. Add your thoughts to this thread: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=3471


Attached is the modified stl that will print correctly at 0.1mm layer thickness with a 0.2mm nozzle
