Slice and Join

I would like a feature to slice a model into multiple pieces and assign different join types for assembly after printing. Some examples:
Slice along selected line.
Software creates the selected join type (great for gluing together when the print bed is small):
ZigZag pattern
Wave pattern
Locking pattern
