Wobbly Edge

Hi All,

I seem to be suffering from a wobbly edge on all my square based prints, its only ever on the left hand corner of every straight and starts from about 5mm before the corner. I have tried my best to take a picture of it:

Watching it print you can see it print the wobbly bit but I can't see any obvious movement on an axis causing it. It happens both with PLA and ABS on a FF Creator Pro 2015. Could this be some sort of ringing?

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I noticed small blobs on the internal walls which may be some sort of retraction issue, but again it is strange because it only happens on internal walls and never on external ones.

Re: Wobbly Edge

How about your leveling? That corner could be higher causing the filament to have enough slack that it start wobbling.

Blobs are always cause by improper FFF settings. It could be retraction, temperature and where you start the print for each layer. The outer perimeter has different speeds from the inside, so that could be the culprit.
