Attache your STL-File, there is an additional bridging, mostly caused by issues of the model.

Most likely a problem with your STL file. Run the S3D repair checks to see if it identifies problems. If it does, then you need to repair the STL file first.

You could try a little trick to work around the issue. It may work....
Add 0.0001 to your layer thickness. If it doesn't work first time try adding the same amount again say up to a max of 5 times.
If it works...it works. If it doesn't, you'll need to get your stl repaired,

so what do you do if the stl is manifold, there are no problems and youve tried adding .0001 to the layer height and it keeps on adding random layers where they shouldnt be?

I would suggest starting a new thread and attaching your factory file there
