Checkbox to set printing infill before outline

Simple request and very needed for much of what I print. I have to print so many parts without using outline at all, or I have any number of fallen outline threads to clip off. Surely more people them me would like to have this option.

Speak up if you do, perhaps they we can have this feature done for us right now.

BTW, here is a typical part I have to print without outlines just to avoid all the lose threads. Also, supports are not an option all of the time if you are wondering why I am not using supports.
