[ADDED] Infill % per layer height

This is a feature that as far as I can tell is only supported in Kisslicer. That is, to be able to set the infill percentage as a function of layer height. The idea is that for larger objects with a relatively flat roof I set a low percentage infill for the majority of the object, then a layer or two before the roof layers start I increase the percentage. This gives the roof extrusions more to extrude on to and thereby provides a smoother surface with less chance of the layer bubbling upward off the lower layer. It also makes it possible to use a lot less infill which in turn makes for less lift/pull off pressures from lineal shrinkage for those rectangular objects. You guys could use the exact same user interface you have in the advanced process area used for temperature per layer... please...
