Delta printer pauses

I have a delta printer that I am running using repetier firmware. However I have gotten everything calibrated and a new problem has surfaced. When I print a part, the printer will pause about every 2 seconds or only a brief time. This causes blobs ect. I have experimented with changing Baud rates, but no success. Any suggestions. I would rather not use SD cards. I am using simplify 3d also.

Look in the machine control panel to see what's happening in the communication log. It might show you the errors or why the printer isn't responding

I have reviewed the G code and did not find any errors nor any anomalies in its commands. I have also tried printing over SD but it still does the same thing.

I have downloaded several different types of code and they all do the same thing I have messed with buffer and cache and print line size all with no luck could it be my arduino?

May anyone please help me. I have heard Simplify 3d has great customer service, but am not receiving it.
I have also heard some stuff about g code clean up. The ones out their that I have seen are only for kisslicer.

Maybe it is just doing a normal retraction, which typically takes a second or so to finish. When you say it is "pausing", if you watch the extruder motor very closely, is it moving in reverse?

No the extruder does not turn in reveres, i have also played around with settings in slicer, but if retraction is not enabled in the firmware, wouldn't it not be able to work.

The segmentation also did not work, i also tried cura and slicer, both with no results. Do you think a broken ramps board would exibit this behavior, i already replaced arduino and that is not the problem. G code clean up software?

Open the Machine Control Panel in S3D and watch the Communication tab while it prints. Maybe you will see some error messages from the firmware.

It's been a while since your original post, have you figured out the problem yet? First I'd try using another slicer program or print another object to see if it's a slicing issue. Then just try using an SD card to see if it's a connectivity issue.
How is it pausing? Is the hotend moving but the plastic pauses in extruding, or is the whole hotend's movement pausing? The problem might be your hotend not keeping a constant temperature, perhaps you need to try retuning your hotend's PID, or it's a hardware problem...look closely for loose wiring. If the hotend's not hot enough, it could be getting stuck in the hotend until the temperature builds back up, extrudes a bit, causing it to cool and repeat.
