Off center when "Prepare to Print"

After centering my work piece I go to "Prepare to Print" and the part moves off center ,,,, Why?

How about checking the "G-Code" tab of your process and looking at "Global G-Code Offset". I did a quick test and these offsets do NOT show up on your part's position on the build platform until you "Prepare to Print" and see the Preview.

I'd say you either need to set your global offsets back to zero on the G-Code tab, or you have the "apply toolhead offsets to gcode coordinates" option enabled on the G-Code tab (presumably because your firmware has incorrectly toolhead offsets, read more here:
