Problem: temperatures get mixed between ABS and PLA

My S3D profile has three materials, PLA, ABS, and PTEG. If I change extruder temperature for PLA and then switch to ABS, S3D should remember the extruder temperature of ABS, right? That is, each material has its own independent temperature settings.

I am pretty sure they used to be independent but now when I change temperature in one material it affects all.

The only relevant profile changes I can recall are deleting the right extruder and renaming Left Extruder to Extruder.

Attached is a copy of the profile file.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, that's how it normally works. You can try going back to Help > Configuration Assistant to re-download the stock profile. The video below explains how to edit the material settings:
