Hello!
So one thing I've noticed is that on the first layer, if I'm printing a lot of smaller features like screw holes, the printer will draw the walls, then the screw circles, then fill in the layer. I have my first layer set up to print at 20% for prints with fine details like this.
However, when the printer moves from one screw hole to another, it goes from slowly extruding the screw hole wall, then whipping across the board at the rapid movement speed that was set, often ripping up the tiny screw hole wall that was just layed, this then gets caught in the other details being printed and ruins the print...
However, if I set the first layer speed to 100%, then on the printer manually slow the print to 20% they extrude perfectly, then the print head slowly moves from one screw hole to the next, when the first layer looks done, I bump the speed back up to 100%.
So my feature request would be an option to also have the "First Layer Speed" percentage applied to the speed of the extruder moving too.
Thanks,
Shane
