Flashforge dual extruder alignment

I have a Flashforge Dreamer. The right extruder is 0.4mm off on X axis and -0.1 on Y axis. Nothing I've tried in Simplify3d has fixed this. In "edit process settings", under the G-Code, I checked on update machine definition, and in toolhead offsets, i selected the right extruder, added the x and y. But when I print, no change. Am I doing it right?

Re: Flashforge dual extruder alignment

Well if you tried everything at that link and it made no difference, then I would have to think you either have a problem with the printer or you are doing something wrong. Those changes 100% should affect the final print files, so make sure to follow all of the suggestions at that link.

If you've done that and nothing changes, I would contact the manufacturer to see if it's a problem with the printer or electronics
