GE Jet engine stator upgrade slicing issue

Hello all !
I'm tring to slice those parts ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:410218 ) but S3D is not slicing it fully, only the blades. Even rotating 90 deg. those parts it can't slice correctly
With CuraEngine I can slice correctly. Meshmixer found no errors in those parts.
I'm using layer height of 0,1mm, but even changing it there is no improvement.
Any light ? :D :D :D

Is it possible that the hub is thinner than your nozzle diameter? If so, you will need to lower your extrusion width in the software if you want to print it correctly.
