Connecting Macbook to Maker select plus via USB

I for the life of me connect via USB to the Maker select plus via USB , I went into about mac and clicked report and saw it there but when I try to find it via the software I cannot find it anywhere..Under ports it only has my Iphone and incoming bluetooth on the software. What baud rate should i use for the macbook ??? Thank you 8-)

Are you able to connect to it from any other software programs? Is the printer powered on?

No, not at all .. It super frustrating..The printer is on .. What in the sams hell can it be??

When your printer is on and connected to your Mac via USB, 2 USB ports should be listed next to the Connect button, xxxxbluetoothxxx and xxxserialxxxx. If the xxxserialxxx is not listed, you may not have the USB-serial drivers loaded. Go here and download and install::

I can't remember if the Mac needed rebooting afterwards, but it worked for me.
