hello all, searched community but did not find specific issue
Hictop Prusa I3 MK8 upgraded to dual extruder - Marlin-1.1.0-RC8
had to modify pins to get everything heating/cooling and calibrated - all working in that area
i can print great with primary(left) extruder
started to try printing with secondary and not going well
i have setup with G28/G29 in start script and that part does it's job fine
when the print starts, it will either go in wrong direction: +X instead -X and grinds against frame
or it acts like the print bed is 5mmx5mm, not really moving much in any direction while extruding.
the jog controls work great in all directions, it homes like supposed to, the settings are same in S3D for both extruders.
is there any settings i should check in firmware or S3D that i missed or do not know about
i have 18mm offset in firmware and when i switch tools in S3d, the carraige adjusts to whichever tool using so that is being recognized
i saved gcode for same project in 2 files, one for only Tool0 and another for only Tool1.
all setting are the same except for Tool# so i do not see issue with that.
