I use weld on 4 for PLA and it works great.

But it doesn't bond PLA to PETG.

Does anyone know of a solvent that can bond those two together permanently?

Thanks

I used to use the same to weld true Pet G to polycarbonate. I also used #16 which comes in a tube and is thicker. More like plastic model cement of the good old days. You have to let it sit for a full 24 hours to cure, but it worked well for us. I have used #16 to bond printed Pet G to itself with good results.
Other than these, some epoxies are designed to be used with plastics. Those may work.
