Not printing what stl shows

I have 2 stl files that will not print as shown. Can anyone suggest what is wrong?

Test the stl file. You can use netfabb or makeprintable or any of the on-line repair tools

I cant see the STL. But I think you have to uncheck "Merge all outlines in to a single solid model" under the Advanced Tab
