Pimple prints

Just recently switched over to simplify3d from cura

My prints now have these pimples all over the print, have played with the following settings:

-Retracting more
-Retracting Less
- Faster retraction speeds
- Outside layer first
- Z hop on retraction
- Extrusion multiplier (up and down)

When i watch closely it seems like (say we are making a cylinder with 3 perimeters) it will do start the outer perimeter, make a full circle, then when it goes to the next inner perimeter that spot where they meet is where the pimple is. and it doesnt really appear until the other perimeters start ... Please help, i really like the software but i didnt have this issue with Cura and i have no idea what to do next.

I had a similar problem and fixed it by enabled coasting with the settings on the troubleshooting FAQ
