Seperate travel speed setting for the first layer

It's great that i can make the first layer real slow. But what often happens is the fast travel speed jerks a line of filament and buggers things up.

So on the layer page as well as being to set the percentage speed of the first layer, it would be great if i could also set the percentage travel speed for the first layer as well.
