Calibrating Flexion Extruder on FFCP Printer

Hi all,
I have a few Flash Forge Creator Pro printers and they are all dialed in and working great printing PLA. I installed a Flexion extruder onto one of them yesterday as an upgrade and so far all my prints have been coming out stringy and fall apart easy, as if the layers aren't sticking together well enough I guess. Before the upgrade I was printing at 205/210C temp with extrusion multiplier set at 1 and it was coming out fine.
Anyone install one of these Flexion extruders and could help me out?
