Need help correctiing a print

I'm not sure where to go from where I am. the prints mostly look good but I'm having trouble with holes, not the typical smooshed hole thing but what appears to be filament build up on either side of it. I'm still playing with the accel and jerk setting in the firmware to make it better, but I don't know if that is part of the equation or not. I have a Tevo Little MOnster converted to full Bowden set up and a Duet Ethernet board running RepRap firmware. is there a good way to upload my FFF for review by others. I have it exported as a back up.
