Hole or Boolean difference option/setting?

Is it possible to cut off the object from the object? In Meshmixer it is called the Boolean difference in Tinkercad just a Hole.

As S3D is a 3D printer slicer package, and not a CAD package, then its safe to say that S3D cannot do CAD software functions.
