Print sparse infill.

Can anyone tell me how this feature works. I get that is will only pint the infill every "x" layers but does it try to adjust the fill so it it the same height.

Example if I am printing every other layer when it does the fill will it extrude twice as much filament.

or is there a way to make it do that?

yes it will print the infill thicker. so if printing layers at .15 and your sparse infill is set to 2 then it will print infill only every other layer at .3 thick.
