Support really hard to take off

So I've printed a couple small parts. I upped the support resolution and the separation numbers, but it doesn't help. I just can't get this support off easily.
Whats the trick?

This is the exact opposite of what I've seen. Even with default settings the S3D supports seem to come off easier than any other program I've tried. This guy did a review of like 4 different programs and saw the same thing.

Why don't you try to go back to the default settings?
