Custom Supports and Infill Inside Objects

Please add the following:

Internal Supports:
- For hollow objects it would be nice to be able to manually place supports at selected locations. This would eliminate the need to add any infill, which fills the inside of the object.

Cura has an option to generate supports inside a hollow object, but of course it lacks the ability to place or remove supports manually.

- Possibly even an different type of support structure like a pillar or column that overlaps in the top and bottom layers for greater strength.

Custom Infill:

- Add a feature like Slic3r that will calculate and add the best infill percentage where it is and is not needed with in the object.
- Add more infill pattern parameters like Slic3r and Cura. Many of these patterns are very useful for various structural properties and efficient use of material vs strength.
- Maybe even a feature where infill structures can be manually "painted" or "placed".
