What parameter controls the very top layer of the infill?

What parameter controls the very top layer of the infill?
Is it the general infill tab?
Is it the general infill tab?
i think this does not exist in this software, the only option to influence the top layer is extrusion width and outline underspeed.
i find it really strange that they did not implement more top layer options in v4.
