Disable heater use a temperature of 0 degrees

I was trying to turn off the heater on the build platform for a FlashForge Creator Pro. When I deleted the setpoint and "Begin Printing over USB" I got the message:
"Each temperature controller is required to have at least one setpoint definition.
If you are trying to disable the heater, please use a temperature of 0 degrees."

So I added a setpoint for the "Heated Build Platorm" and set it to 0 (degrees C).
The build started, skipped over the Heated Build Platform step properly, heated up the nozzle, and then stuck in the Preheating... stage, never starting the print.
The Preheating... progress bar on Simplify3d was stuck at 25% even after the printer had reached full temperature.

Try just setting the build platform to just 25 or 30C (room temperature). I think some of the firmwares have bugs where they get stuck if you try to set the platform to 0C.

Of course that works. It seems like a bug in Simplify3d, if it is making the firmware hang. I wonder if it needs to be set to 0 degF?
