File not compatible with da vinci jr 1.0

Hi everyone,

Material:
Da vinci Junior 1.0 with firmware 2.3.3

Since I upgraded from simplify 3D to version 4.0, my printer no longer recognizes the files sent by simplify 3D (File not compatible with da vinci jr).

Before this update I had no problem sending my files to the printer.

Would anyone have an idea, or a solution?

Have you tried going back to Help > Configuration Assistant and re-downloading the stock profile?
