Feature Request: Speed % by layer

Similar to how we can adjust temperature per layer, I'm looking for an integration style of computation to adjust speed per layer. Instead of creating a new process every X layers with a different speed, would be nice to have: 1st Layer 50% (Already have), by 20th layer 100%. The slicer would integrate the speed increment by layer until the 20th layer, where no speed reduction is made, rather than do 1st layer at 50, then 2nd layer at full bore. I may need a few layers of slow speed...
