Simplify3D User Forum

I just updated to simplify3d 4.0 and now my Ultimaker custom won't retract at all while printing. This happens regardless of what the retract and print settings are set to (I've been printing for years and have already tried a lot of variations of settings). I can jog the motor backwards to get it to retract in the machine control panel, but when it actually prints it simply skips the retract step everytime, regardless of what I'm printing. I'm almost sure this is a g-code bug, anyone else having this issue?

It's working fine for me. Did you actually look at the gcode file to see if the G1 E-xxx commands are being included? Maybe you should post your gcode file here if you still think there's a problem.
