Custom nozzle shape

Hi everyone!
I have an Ultimaker 2 and I am currently exploring processes in s3d.
I want to print several models with sequencial printing and I am wondering if there is a way to custom the shape of the nozzle in the preview mode? With an UM2, the cooling system is quite large so it would be nice to see if it overlaps any other model already printed...
