Feature Request: Display Of Current Layer Number

When printing via USB it would be useful if the Simplify3D dialog showed extra information such as the current layer number, and perhaps the current Z height. At present it shows the percentage complete - which is useful, but that information is already available on the bot's interface.

I was hoping for or even an attempt to show the % of current layer. Although after thinking about this for a bit and considering all the other applications I use to not attempt to show more than a % of current print.

I just noticed this morning that in fact the Z height IS reported as printing takes place, so my request for that addition is superfluous.
However current layer number plus other statistics such as material expunged would be useful information.
