How to slow down birm/skirt speed?

Having issues printing PLA. The brim/skirt is being printed too fast not allowing enough time for the brim/skirt to stick to the build surface. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FlashForge Creator Pro - dual extruder
Simplify3D 4.0 software
Build surface temp: 0C
Extruder temp: have tried 95C, 100C, 105C, 110C, 115
Surface type: Painters tape (tried rubbing the tape with and without alcohol)
Surface is perfectly level.

You could try reducing the first layer speed

I would also like an answer to this. The brim does not seem to respect the first layer speed or outline underspeed settings. I haven't tried the support underspeed, but that may do it.

Using the first layer speed works fine for me. If I set the first layer speed to 100% and export the gcode file, then set it to 20% and export the file, you can clearly see the F-values for the skirt are 5x slower in the second file. So it would seem that the first layer speed DOES affect the brim and skirt.

If you're seeing something else, do the same test I did above and post your gcode files and let us know the F-values you are seeing

Is it the real temperatur to print or what ? If YES, then you must add 100 ° to all values ... 195, 200 ... and only available for PLA
If you can print with these values, your temperatur sensors are killed or the board is gone.

It has certainly got to do with the First Layer speeds. I do mine at around 35% max and everything is pretty smooth there. I print at around 45-60mm/s as well. Try change it dramatically and you will see that it does make a difference.

The printing speed of the first layer of raft is just the right speed by default, but slowing down the speed of the first layer will take too much time. I want the speed of the skirt and rafts to be separated.
