Dual Head Calibration Issue (Fixed)

My printer has actually 3 extruders, but trying to calibrate 2 for now.

Printer factory setting:
Extruder 1: X=0; Y=0
Extruder 2: X=20; Y=0

Both heads alignments are perfect when I print using single extruder, either 1 or 2 using factory setting.

Wanted to use both extruders today with two separate colors using S3D Dual Extruder Wizard.

I setup the process settings/GCOD toolhead offset as factory setting, i.e. Ex 1=0 and Ex 2=20, when I started printing however, the second color (Ex 2) was way off its position. So, I changed the toolhead offset setting so Ex 2 X= -20 and that went fine, but the slicer now gives me the wrong offset for the second extruder, especially when I click/enable "apply toolhead offset in to G-Code coordinates" under G-Code settings. If I disable this option, the model in the slicer looks perfectly aligned but not when printed, totally off its position again.

Attached photo of slicer with printed calibration test of the same sliced model:

Is that suppose to happen? Am I missing something?

Hi Alberto.

I'm from Kuwait.

The problem with the machine and with S3D that still needs further development to work with various machines.

I'm glad though that S3D has wonderful support, and they did send me a profile to install that fixed the calibration issue.

What problems are you having with your printer?
