model not displaying properly

I updated to the new version 4.0, and now my models do not display properly when loaded. Please see screen shot. Any suggestions to correct this problem? I did not have this issue on version 3.1

Can you post the STL file? It looks like it is more likely an issue with your mesh. The surfaces display like then when the normal vectors are incorrect, meaning that they are inverted surfaces. What program did you use to create the STL file?
