Inner most perimeter not connected to outer perimeters

As in the subject. I think I've just about tried all the S3D options but nothing seems to work (or I missed something). I attached an image of how it looks. If you put the part against a light source, you can basically see through where the gap is. Notice how perimeters 1 and 2 are connected properly, it is only perimeter 3 that is disconnected. This issue does not occur when only 2 perimeter walls are used.

Re: Inner most perimeter not connected to outer perimeters

Hi

Ive seen the same issue a few time, it can be related to many things - this is how I fixed it:
The issue is due to under extrusion (in most cases). Things it might be:

Extrusion multiplier not high enough (try this as a last resort).
Print speed too high for the temperature your printing at (not as much plastic extruded as should be. up temperature or slow down print).
Filament diameter not dialed in correctly (measure diameter of filament and type this into S3D under 'other' tab in settings.)

Try those and see how you get on. They are all linked and so find tuning can be very complicated.
