[ADDED] max distance "Only retract when crossing..."

Hey guys,

I really love you software and I am currently using it very successfully with my Rostock mini Printer.
I'd like to suggest one feature though...
When enabling "Only retract when crossing open spaces" it's possible for big parts that the nozzle hits the print and you loose steps.
Further if there is a large distance to move, the extruder will ooze in the print, which reduces Pressure so when the Nozzle arrives at the next Print section not enough material is extruded for the first few mm.

It would be awesome if we could set the maximum distance for "Only retract when crossing open spaces" in a way that when i set it to 10mm, every move over the print doesn't trigger a retract, and any longer move does.
