Simplify3D User Forum

Folks,

I am using Windows, and updated the drivers for everything. My computer sees the Rambo 3d printer on com3. When I attempt to connect I get an error. My computer says that the Rambo is an older device needing a USB 2.0 while I am attempting to use a USB 3.0. I switched the cables, same issue.

Anyone have any idea? is it Simplify 3d?

That is most definitely a hardware issue. Maybe you are using a USB 2.0 device with a port that does not provide low-speed support.
