Now i cant put support under this because iam in preview mode but i also dont know how to avoid this bridge-thing happen.
Why is simplify3d building this bridge? I tried "Drop model to the table" but doesnt work..

Can you attach the STL file?

Maybe try under the mesh menu and select separate connected surfaces or something like that, can't remember exactly and see if it help.

In the preview, flip the model over and see if the problem is still there, if it is I'd look at the original model and see if there's something that S3D is seeing and interpreting wrong.

If I was building that model, I would create the flat face first and then Boolean the sides onto it. that way the bottom surface is a single flat face.

If you are building the sides first and then adding the bottom S3D might be seeing the bottom face on the walls and incorrectly placing the larger piece...

This might sound confusing, so here is a picture to illustrate what I mean...

The model on the left has a single flat face on the bottom and should print fine... the one on the right however has faces from the walls and from the bottom. The ones on the walls might be the cause of the problem.

I hope this makes sense; and might help;

Hey Lorcoft,

you are absolutely right. I made this frame fit the Iphone 5s so made the bottom plate the exactly size of the 5s and then build the Frame around it.
After i combined all components to one solid component and wrote a stl file from this, it turned out right!

Thank you so much for your help guys.
