Additional Speed Settings

I know this was brought up in a previous topic back when 3.1 was introduced and now that we've upgraded to 4.0 I think it needs to be readdressed. To quote one of the requests from the previous topic:

"Instead of a percentage from default printing speed, please make seperate speed values (mm/sec) for:
outermost perimeters, inner perimeters, small perimeters (small holes), infill, first layer* and top layer*"

*(Yes I know first layer and top layer speeds aren't an issue because there are settings for them) But maybe instead change it to top and bottom speeds separately?

Another thing I'd also like to see is an added option for dense support speeds. Now that 4.0 has pushed for different material options for supports and dense supports, we need different speeds for each material. And maybe I'm pushing too far with this but how about even a setting for Jerk and Acceleration control? Maybe I'm asking too much and it isn't possible with the range of printers SImplify3D offers, but what I do know is that it has been around in the past few releases of Cura.

Finally to go back to the previous request, while it is easy to just calculate the percentages for what speeds you need. Why are we even doing that in the first place? Wouldn't just plugging in your own values be "simpler", I mean cmon it's even in the name "SIMPLIFY3D."

P.S. not a speed feature request, but if we could get the option for hollow and coordinate place-able prime towers I'd be sooooo happy. :D

Thanks,
Nick
