Keyboard Zoom Shortcut

Hello,

Please add keyboard shortcuts for zooming in and out (e.g. Ctrl+ and Ctrl- as used by web browsers).

I use a Lenovo keyboard as my primary input device, and zooming with the Trackpoint does not work well with Simply3D/

Or auto-zoom button, to automatically zoom-in to the current build plate object(s) as it's a pain to constantly be zooming in and out.
