Hi,
yesterday I found this amazing youtube videos by trying to find informations in regard of printing the perfect sphere.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ztl-rNZtGFs
What is obvious (beside "vase mode") is that he is not printing with a constant layer height but with a various one. I expermineted a bit with a slicer which is able to handle various layer hight but especially when it comes to the poles (maximum overhang angle) I reached the limits.
--> Does anyone here has any advices or maybe even did something similar (big overhangs without support)? Don't want to talk about know about extrusion modification to generate a texture on the sphere
